C code tank names: FO SLUDGE TK, LO SLUDGE TK, SCAVENGE BOX DRAIN TK, STUFFING BOX DRAIN TK, FO DRAIN TK, WASTE OIL TK No1, WASTE OIL TK No2, SLUDGE TK, LO DRAIN TK.
D code bilge tank: BILGE TK only.
No fixed vessel location or capacity required: frames and tank capacities are optional because vessels differ.
I manhole cleaning: previous retained quantity for the same tank must be 0.00 m3.
